I think my computer got a virus! Please help!?

I just logged on. It is totally wiped clean!!!! idk what happened, the background is deifferent and I hve none of the software I had (iTunes, Mozilla, etc.) It's not running slow, but idk what happened. I didn't download anything or go on any new/bad sites! Please help! I have AntiSpyware and all that, so I don't know how this could happen. What should I do? It is a shared comp, but right now it's only been me for the past 2 weeks, or at least what I know of (I'm pretty sure.)

maybe its just the desktop... your icons may just be hidden or deleted. check the start menu if all your programs are still there. if not, maybe someone had access to your computer and did a system restore... sort of...

I bet your using freeware?
got a mac ? if not, get 1. then don't download any apps. except from appledotcom. u won't even need anti-virus/spyware !!!
Hope you have Antivirus and antispam .. If you have it then try this things:

1.while starting a computer go in a safemode by pressing F10 key or F12 key then enter into a safe mode and then do all scanning with you antivirus and antispyware and remove all bad stuff hope it will work.
