This morning i turned on my computer and usually i have it to where it scans for spyware when i turn the computer on, well i turned it on today and it didnt do the scheduled scan. I checked to see what was going on and i found out that it wasn't installed anymore. I know for a fact that i didn't do this. I tried reinstalling it but when it asked for the product key it said it was incorrect even though it was correct character for character. I even tried doing system restore but the only day i could go back to was yesterday and the antispyware was uninstalled back then too. BTW this is CA im using. I went to their website and i tried to scan my computer for free and that didn't work. What should i do?

Download the very best antispyware. The free version of Superantispyware will find spyware/trojans. No conflict with your own antivirus. Will find what all other miss or unable to delete. http://www.superantispyware.com Update and run an indepth scan. Any viruses/spyware recommend you reboot.

was it a trail version even if it was it should be there . you have a virus or hacker . get a-squared and do a slow scan it should find your problem
I have had all CA products since they were Vet Anti-Virus. Firewall, Anti-Virus, Anti Spyware, Anti SPAM, and their support is horrendous. I am still awaiting a query to be answered by mail from 3 months ago. When I phoned them I couldn't understand the Indian technician. So I have started switching to AVG as my renewal dates come up. I suggest you download AVG free Anti-Virus until CA get's you protected again. http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1
