Look in program files%26gt;Startup, see if it is there, if not, startup cpl is a control panle module which allows you to add/ remove programs from system start. download here

You could download A.V.G anti virus free. That should get rid of it. http://free.grisoft.com/doc/2/lng/us/tpl...
Are you on a wireless system?,your best bet is to go to IOBIT.COM,and download --WINDOWS ADVANCED CARE V2 PERSONAL--it is a one click program that will sort everything out for you.If you can get the beta 3.1 version of it then grab it with both hands,it is a very spectacular performer giving you lots of control.GOOD LUCK,---PS- be very careful on IOBIT,be very careful what you click for the download as you can make a mistake and download one of those awful registry cleaners that you dont want.
Look in your startup folder and see if that program is listed there. If so, before deleting it, do a right mouse click and select properties. This may tell you the name of the exe file and where it is located. Write this information down and then delete the file from the start up folder. This will stop it from loading when you start you computer.
