My computer is running extremely slow and it freezes up constantly.?

Beside the basics like deleting cookies, defrag ect.... is there anything else i can try to fix the problem. i have windows one care as a antivirus and windows defender for my antispyware.

Can't live without it and windows...

Then disable and/or uninstall whatever u don't need.

Other things to try:

1 - Disk Cleanup (removal of temp files, cookies, etc.)

2 - Defrag

3 - Registry Cleanup (CAN BE VERY RISKY!)

There could be a huge number of causes for the problem, but here's a few things to check:

1) How much RAM do you have? If you don't have enough, your computer will constantly be trying to ''catch up'' to what you want it to do.
