its seen down by the time on the lower right corner and when clicked on it shows that there is too much antispyware. my friend in stumped and so i am asking for some assist please if u know computers will u help please

You have a virus, Spy sheriff version, all though it can go by many names, it is a scam to get you to by a company's anti virus software, by infecting you with a virus. Do a google search on Spysheriff and you will find instructions on how to remove it.
