Popup box for AVSystemcare Installer?

I got a popup box for an AVSystemcare Installer a little earlier with this message on the popup:

Please click Continue to protect your PC against viruses, identity theft, spying, and unauthorized downloads. By clicking Continue button you are accepting our terms and conditions.

There was a "continue" button but no "cancel" button so I'm guessing it's obviously spyware, although I ran an update on my AdAware antispyware program and it didn't find anything. My Norton Antivirus subscription just expired a couple days ago although it still ran automatic daily scans yesterday and today. I just got McAfee today although I haven't installed it yet (I'll do it later tonight when I get home). Does this AVSystemcare Installer sound like spyware, and will McAfee catch it even though AdAware didn't?

As the computer is booting press your "F8 Key" repeatly which should bring up the "Windows Advanced Options Menu" . Use your arrow keys to move to "Safe Mode" and press your Enter key.
