I have popups on the bottom of my comp about downloading antimaleware/spyware how do i get rid of it

there is ,icons on my comp that i didnt, ad ,on downloading anti spyware,its interfering with my regular web browsing,it override what i am browsing and im constantly. clicking it out of my way, ive got antispyware.and maleware aready,and i dont want these icons on the bottom of my screen. these are the ones that are aggrivating my comp, virusblast,antivermis,they actually slow down my connection speed when im surfing, my popup blocker wont even try to block these sites. nore will my antvirus, detect or delete ,them ive tried everything how do i rid of them ?
