Get rid of Warning-popup?

I read and searched for some answers but haven't find it. I've read what Jessica said in this post :

and it has happened to me too (A porn advertising came up whenever I searched for something in Google and at first a warning came). I scanned the computer with spybot (didn't work) and TweakNow Redcleaner (DID work: By that I mean that the pornadvertising is gone now). BUT this warning keeps comming wherever site I go to. It says ''Your system is infected with dangerous virus! Note: Strongly recommend to install antispyware program to clean your system and avoid total crash of your computer.

Click OK to download the antispyware. (Recommended).

And its pretty annoying when I have to click Cancel all the time. What should I do?
