i use mcafee antispyware up to 5 times a day to get rid of them, and they keep coming back. i delete them completely, but the same ones come back. where do i get these from? and how can i get rid of them for good??

if you often download files or visit untrusted/reliable sites then you'll get a lot of spywares and adwares. What you can do is to try to download a good anti spyware. An example would be windows defender (free) download.microsoft.com .

going to too many flakey websites (aka porn). Might want to check what startup programs are loading when you boot up computer. Microsoft's program Windows Defender can help with that.
Check for spyware. Run both Ad-aware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaw... and Skybot (http://www.safer-networking.org/) to remove any spyware. Run both as one may caught something the other missing. Then go to microsoft.com and download Defender to protect against future infections.
