Urgent help?

hi i need help ?...i cannot get ripd of this stupid popups n spyware...i cannot do anything..its juz poping up even if go to my mail...i need to do sumthing quickly pls help..i have tried many antispyware such as AVG,Avast,spywareblaster, and even i have windown live one care..but they juz work for few days n the popup r keep coming back..wat can i do

If you are successful at getting them to go away, but then they return, it is likely to do to with the sites you are visiting. Pay extra attention to what these sites are telling you you need to install.
