I have seen that people have asked about this and I know that the error message is actually spyware, I just dont know how to get rid of it. I ran two antispyware programs and they found tons of spyware and removed it but it is still there. The main problem I have is that I cant get onto the internet and I think its because of it so I cant download any antivirus.

Depending on what you have, there may be specific removal tools and protocols for cleaning this up and this format here is not really the place to do it.
