Is there any program to automatically scan downloads as they come in... I use frost wire. way better

hey i have frostwire...i mainly only want music dowloads.... now i was wondering about my virus security since i know no p2p is safe...no need to address the lawsuit part since my country doesn't have any laws whatsoever on anything copyrighted..I guess thats one benefit of being third world..nehows i have mcafee installed and two different antispyware programs, spyware blaster and spyware terminator..but when i download i have to manually scan these files...i would like to know if there are any neat utility programs out there that could automatically scan these downloads as they come in ..

Oh also..could mp3 files hold a virus??..they don't install or anything... if yes by deleting the lets say 3ooo kb mp3 file get the virus off the comp.

thank u for reading this long plea for help..i really appreciate u answering this to the best of your ability.

I've never heard of those spyware programs. There are better solutions out there...

IF you want protection from spyware, adware, and viruses..You have 3 applications you need..

One is antivirus with a real time scanning feature. This will scan all files accessed by your computer that are being run. This will cover the viruses.

You'll need Lavasoft Ad-adaware. It's free and does a great job. Make sure you downloaded the personal free version...it's at
