every 5 secs i get this annoying error message - yor system is in fected wit dangerous virus . note:strongly reccomend to install antispyware program to clean your system and avoid total crash of your computer. click ok to download antispyware(recommended). if i click ok then it makes me download ie antivirus trial. if i click cancel or close then it pops up again . if i repeat this 3 times then it dissapears and pops up the next time i click on something . ive tried evrything including antivirus scans . by the way the title of the error message is system error . but i dont think it is a real system error.

You should not have installed that so called ''anti-virus''. You have just been fooled by the fake warning and you have installed a virus.
Download and run free avg anti virus from grisoft. Also download and run Spybot Search and Destroy. These are two reliable programs.
Use anty spy like the AntiSpy program on the Yahoo toolbar. You can get the tool bar at toolbar.yahoo.com if you don't have it.
