I would suggest Spyware doctor. Just type it in in google and it will find it. Best thing i know.
Top of web page tools internet options delete files delete cookies clear history, content clear ssl state autocomplete clear forms. Also go to your C Drive Windows Prefetch delete all thats there but not layout.

Then D/load ccleaner adaware ewido spybot and eusing all free and easy to use.

try Ad-Aware and Spybot S%26D. if that doesn't work, try Hijackthis!

You could always try Spybot Search %26 Destroy.
