Computer automatically shuts down and will not be put in safe mode or do anything?

i tried watching a tv show off a tv show website and after that satrted getting lots of popups which slowed my comp down. i would run adware but they would come right back. now when i start my computer as soon as windows loads up it goes to a blue sceen that says something is wrong and the i should restart or put it in safe mode. one i cant get to safe mode because after pressing F8 it goes to the blue screen and wont load the startup options. also it changed my desktop background to just a blue color and as soon as it loads up some neospace antispyware program loads up that i never downloaded. anyone got any ideas on how i could get to safe mod to start deleting things, or other ways i can get all this crap off my computer? thanks

your doomed!!!The best way to get rid of that is backup your important files then reformat your drive reinstall everything, get a decent antivirus software(Norton)install it before transfering your important files.
