i believe a tracking cookie is a web site trys to load a cookie that tracks the web sites you go to and the passwords you enter there they should be automatically blocked by your computer unless you have popup blocker and virus protection tured off
i have the same problem, enough of tech talk. I make my speech small. I found like 16 of them in my computer, it like a cookie, put too much sugar is no good. But on computers its almost the same thing, if you eat one cookie, it not too much. So a tracking cookie does this:



Its a text file in notepad, and it record everything u did on a site, and sends it back to the originator, so they can know what u were doing. You probably saying, they should mind their own business. Its that if someone messes their site, they will know who did it.
