What is this?!?!?! What is going on with my computer?!?

Every time i start up windows i get these errors



C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\jkhff.exe



windows cannot access the specified device path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access them.

What is going on here? Is my computer under attack? I ran an antispyware scan and deleted all of them and im still getting these messages! Should i contact microsoft? What do i do?
