PC Security and Performance, What would you recommend?

I'm looking for the Best programs in:

-Antivirius Protection

-Firewall

-Antispyware Protection

-System Utility

Maybe I'm missing something, ,but I'm not a believer of the great "all-in-one" programs. I have never seen an all in one of anything work better than individual specialization. thanx

Firewall:

Avast! Home Edition

Anti-spyware covered by Antivirus (although you can get a anti-Rootkit if you feel you need it)

System Utility:

Check Defraggler and TweakUI, and TightVNC.

The best way forward is to use an operating system not plagued with viruses, such as Ubuntu:

Webroot's Spy Sweeper
Use Kaspersky.

if you're looking for an all in one than kaspersky security suite will work.
