I've tried to uninstall it in the programs section of my computer and it doesn't work. It also isn't in my control panel. I've run antispyware and it is still there. Can someone help??????

Since AdwareAlert isn't *rogue* (it's not much above rogue, but it is still somewhat legitimate), you should be able to do a conventional uninstall.
Try uninstalling it again, this time in safe mode.

Yes, Microsoft Windows is plagued with adware, isn't it? Run a full scan with your security suite. If it won;t clean up the mess, you need a better security suite. Purchase one from a reputable vendor such as Sophos, McAfee, Kaspersky or Avira.

It may be a simple pop up..If your using Internet Explorer, make sure you have it to "Block" I would first try using another browser like Firefox which has better pop up blocker as well as being a better browser!.

If it still persists, then it's possibly Spyware! I don't know what Anti-Spyware program you are using, but i would use another Anti-Spyware program because not every program can catch and block every threat!!
