Help me remove a Virus/Spyware that I can't detect?

I have some malicious program in my computer. Here's what it does:

1. Changes my IE homepage.

2. Adds tab popups to my firefox browser.

3. Prevents me from opening my task manager claiming saying I'm not the Administrator.

4. Prevents me from printing pages from the internet.

5. Adds a tool bar to my IE

6. Adds a ton of pop ups showing fake antispyware sites. Certain pop ups resemble a Windows alert pop up.

7. Gives a flash "X" icon on my desktop

I tried my anti-spyware programs and I'm convinced that I should do a system restore or manually remove the trojan.

What should I do and how do I do

If you don't know the virus name, how to remove it? May be hundreds or thousands of virus that have capability to do these kind of damage, nobody knows which one. If your current anti virus can't detect, there will be 2 things :

1. Your anti virus can't detect, so try other

2. Your anti virus detects and remove it, but the damage was already done

Find out the virus name and go to any security site like symantec.com, grisoft.com, mcafee.com and so on, go to their threat center, find the virus, they will tell you what to do

Buy the best SuperAnti spyware they offer. I have it, and its the best Ive ever had. When you subscribe to it 30.00 for a year, they will download it to your computer, then you just click on the little yellow bug, and that program will clean your computer and let you know the names of the viruses, worms, trojan horses, it gets them all. So just go to that website, and spend a little money.
try turning off and restarting then hit the f8 button if you do it soon enough it will take you to a screen chose safe mode and press enter. when you boot up run spybot and antivirus programs then reboot it should clear the problem.then run antivirus again.
