Please help me spyware?

okay im using my friend's computer and i cant use my laptop because when i turn the computer on my screen says

It sounds like this is a serious infection. You will be very lucky if you can fix it yourself, so I would save time and get it done by a professional.

The Best option is to take it to a professional - let the Geek Sqad deal with it. Then get a spyware program installed on it. There are those you can purchased or their are some free ones as well (www.filehippo.com - you can find a few here - I have been using this website for 5 years and it has served it purpose for the varied types of software.).

I fur using a windows computer they shoud ahv window defender. Use it till ur comp gets better than download avg scanner at downloads.com
i have had exactly the same problem...had to take my laptop back to manufacturers settings just to get rid of it...it was the only way
