I tried restarting my compurer after everytime i sca for viruses and nothing. I just want to take that darn thing off. Shold i uninstall internet explorer and download a newer version?

do what skaf said, your computer may not be infected, it might just be the page you were viewing coming under attack, does it happen everywhere you go?
Get rid of Norton and install AVG Free. Do a complete system scan for viruses. Also install Spybot SD and do a complete system scan for spyware. If anything is detected, have it removed. Then download and install Mozilla Firefox or Opera and use this instead of Internet Explorer. IE is quite insecure.
delete norton and install avast and delete ur internet explorer too and download it again then everything will be okay.......or try the fastest browser in the world safari..........
I think you should get AVG and also install Mozilla Firefox it's so much better and quicker and doesn't keep freezing.
